Guided by the principles of empowerment, quality and transparency we developed gradar in order to offer a simple yet safe and objective tool for job evaluation in a modern enterprise. With gradar you are able to evaluate positions from the management, individual contributor and project management career path.
gradar is probably the only system that is available to both companies and independent HR consultants. You can decide whether you would like to do the job grading yourself, work with an external consultant whom you already know or with one of our awesome international implementation partners. As the vendor of gradar we are available for trainings und larger scale projects alike. We are a dynamic HR-Tech-Startup from Düsseldorf, Germany.
With gradar you can evaluate jobs within three career paths:
- Individual Contribution
- Project Management
Within the career paths several common (e.g. professional knowledge) and path specific evaluation factors are available. After you choose the career you need to select the relevant factor level for the job in question. Once you are done, the system calculates one of 25 grades.
